PacMan first claimed that he discussed the tobacco excise tax with Singson. However, the mayor, according to the senator, requested that he would not pursue the tax increase.
The boxing champion of the Philippines has stated that cigarettes are nasty and that he does not want to see rice and food costs skyrocket. Singson, on the other hand, was not pleased with the legislator’s statement and suggested that he first study politics.
