Currently, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is in his last year of being the Philippines’ Chief Executive. He is set to step down from office in 2022 and another national election would be held before it to determine his successor. His administration focused on eradicating corruption and drugs in the country.

Since the election campaign period, the two (2) were the focus of the former Davao City Mayor. The extent of the presence of drugs in the country was unexpected.
