Chinese Man Found Nabbed with Illegal Drugs Discovered Inside Box of Face Masks
Anti-narcotic operatives arrested a Chinese man after he was discovered possessing illegal drugs suspected as “shabu” hidden inside a box of face masks.
A Chinese guy apprehended in Mandaluyong City during a drug investigation was found with an estimated P500,000 worth of suspected shabu. The 30-year-old Chinese were targeted in a buy-bust by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) special enforcement service and PDEA Region 3.

The foreign national arrested was simply known as Xu. The suspect is claimed to dwell in Barangay Hulo, and the transaction took place in the lobby of his condominium.
Three sachets of purported shabu were discovered in a box containing a face mask when he was apprehended. It weighs 100 grams and is worth P680,000 on the street.
Xu has been in the Philippines for three years, according to the PDEA. The Chinese individual allegedly worked in Philippine offshore gambling activities before being fired, according to the anti-narcotics agency.
The Chinese national is charged with breaking the Dangerous Drugs Act. The PDEA is also looking into where he gets his drugs from.
