Rider in Critical Condition When Motorcycle Crashed After He Robbed a Police

Thief rider who allegedly robbed a police in Caloocan is in critical condition after his motorcycle riding crashed in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

According to Eurotv News, a 38-year-old man was critical condition at Bagong Silang, Caloocan City, after allegedly robbing and fighting with a police officer. Benedict Roque, a resident of Pulong Buhangin, Santa Maria, Bulacan, was identified as the suspect.

Rider Robbed Police Crashed

The incident happened in phase 10-B at Kalayaan Highschool Bagong Silang Barangay 176, Caloocan, according to the report. Based on the initial investigation, the victim, an off-duty police officer, was preparing to park his motorcycle when a man on the motorcycle approached him and declared a holdup.

When another cop in the neighborhood noticed him, he approached the suspect and attempted to arrest him. However, the culprit fired a gun at the oncoming police officers without hesitation, but it missed.

The responding officers fired a shot that hit the suspect in the body. Despite the gunshot wound, the suspect was able to flee on his motorcycle.

The cops pursued him till he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into Harmony Hills in San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The suspect is critically ill and fighting for his life when police caught him.

As a result, the police took the suspect when the ambulance arrived and drove him to the nearest hospital, where he was treated right away. At the scene, a.9mm pistol was discovered.
