However, based on the article in Bandera, the family of Ellen Adarna was against her relationship with John Lloyd Cruz. This statement came from a source of entertainment columnist Reggee Bonoan.
According to what the source said, the A-list actor has been silent about the properties he has acquired and his investments. The source revealed that Lloydie has one house where he places all the paintings that he bought as he is collecting these pricey art pieces.
With these many paintings, it means how big the amount he spent on each artwork was. “Sabi namin, sa panahong karelasyon ni John Lloyd ang ina ng anak niya na si Ellen Adarna ay hindi rin naman pala alangan ang binata pagdating sa yaman ng aktres,” the columnist said.
The source answered this with the alleged reason why the former couple broke up. “Oo naman, hindi talaga, hindi lang talaga boto ang pamilya ni Ellen kay John Lloyd kaya sila naghiwalay. Kahit anong gawin niya (JLC), hindi siya gusto,” the source said.
