Boss Wants To Fire Staff Refusing COVID-19 Vaccine Shots

Boss Wants To Fire Staff Without COVID-19 Vaccination

NO VACCINE NO JOB – A boss of a plumbing company says that he wants to fire every staff that fails to get vaccinated against COVID-19.

With the availability of vaccines there’s absolutely no reason not to get vaccinated, especially if you ask health experts. However, forcing people to get vaccinated breaks ethical laws.

Still, Charlie Mullins, the founder of Pimilco Plumbers says that staff that hasn’t received a vaccine shot by January 1, 2022 will have their employment terminated. Meanwhile, only those who can present a legitimate health issue as to why they can’t are exempted from the purge.

During an interview with ITV News, Mullins stated:

Any staff currently employed by Pimlico who have not had the jab by January 1 will be given the boot to protect our staff and customers and for the good of the country...

Firing people who refuse to have the jab may seem a bit strong, and it is, but for good reason. In vaccines we have the tool to open up every part of society, so let’s get on with it the whole population needs to be vaccinated, it’s as simple as that.

Furthermore, Mullins is a firm believer that vaccinations should be made mandatory. Additionally, he emphasized how COVID-19 has no boundaries and that people should do everything they can fight it.

On the other hand, the UK government recently said that people can’t be fired from their jobs if they refuse to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Moreover, the government said that it would be “discriminatory” if people are forced to do so.
