DIMPLES ROMANA – Drama actress Dimples Romana penned heartwarming message for her husband as they celebrate their wedding anniversary.
It has been 18 years already when actress Dimples Romana married her husband Boyet Ahmee. She was just 19 years old when they tied the knot. She is now a mother of two but she herself does not approve of teenage pregnancy. That phase of her life is something she wanted for people to see that the past of a person does not define his future.
And all through those years that they have been together, she confessed they’ve gone through pain and she’s thankful that their marriage remained intact despite those challenges. They are now celebrating the 18 years of their marriage and on Instagram, the actress beautifully wrote something that touched many hearts and inspired many couples.
In her post, she expressed her appreciation for his presence in her life being the person who empowers her to be herself, to believe on what she can do, to pursue her dreams for herself, making her look forward to going home, and making her most alive.
She then shared a thought she learned from a movie. She realized that the essence of pain is to appreciate the love and happiness in life and to be alive. Romana wrote, “If we’re too afraid to love because ayaw nating masaktan Paano natin mararamdaman na buhay tayo.”
The actress then recalled the pain they all have experienced in the past that made them and built them to be the persons that they are now. It made them stronger, real, and forgiving. She added, “Sayo ko natutunan na ang pagmamahal ay hindi ang pagiwas sa sakit. Deep, true love is when you have found the one you can endure pain for and with.”
