KC Montero Air Dismay, Lambast to Celebrities Travelling Outside NCR
Actor KC Montero air disappointment and lambast some celebrities who were travelling outside National Capital Region (NCR) despite prohibition.
Radio DJ KC Montero recently expressed his displeasure with celebrities traveling outside of the National Capital Region on social media (NCR). The host expressed his displeasure with some celebrities who are flagrantly breaching the government’s COVID-19 limitations on Twitter.

The famous broadcaster also questioned the rationale of releasing images of celebrities’ trips outside of the National Capital Region when it was illegal to do so. He expressed his displeasure with some celebrities’ courage in posting travel images against restrictions.
“I’m so irritated by some celebs that are traveling out of NCR. Sure, get out if you can but why post photos if technically you’re not allowed to travel at all?” the host said.
Metro Manila and four adjacent provinces were dubbed the “NCR Plus bubble” during the coronavirus outbreak. Due to an increase in COVID-19 cases, several provinces were placed under extreme lockdown in March and April.
The above-mentioned locations, collectively known as NCR Plus, are currently subject to a heightened General Community Quarantine (GCQ). Businesses are permitted to operate, although they are subject to some regulations and constraints.
