New Version of Leaves by Ben&Ben and South Korean Star Young K

BEN&BEN – The famous Pinoy band teamed up with South Korean star Young K for a new version of their popular song, Leaves.

One of the most popular folk bands in the Philippines is the Ben&Ben, formerly known as The Benjamins. The vocalists of the band are twin brothers Miguel Benjamin and Paolo Benjamin Guico. They also play acoustic guitars. They are best known for the song Tinatangi which was awarded as the Best Music Video at the PhilPop Music Festival 2o16.

Other members of the band includes Poch Barretto on the lead guitar and backing vocals, Jam Villanueva on drums, Agnes Reoma on bass, Patricia Lasaten on keyboards, Andrew de Pano on percussion and banking vocals, Toni Muñoz on percussion and backing vocals, and Keifer Cabugao on violin and vocals.

The band has several songs that hit the billboard and music charts. Among their most popular songs which hooked a lot of people are Leaves, Maybe the Night, Di Ka Sayang, Lifetime, and Ride Home.

A lot of people like the songs of the band which are soothing to the ears. Many also like the messages of hope, inspiration, and love they bring. Leaves is one of their songs with an excellent message about forgiveness – stressing that you don’t really love someone until you learned to forgive.

Leaves was released in 2017. It hooked fans not only in the Philippines but as well as abroad – one of them is South Korean star Young K who said that it is his favorite song. The band rose to prominence abroad topping the search chart of Melon, the biggest music streaming platform in South Korea.

Following the success of Leaves and the Day6 vocalist liking the song, Ben&Ben came up with a collaboration with Young K which they recently released. Here is the new version of the song posted on YouTube:
