Model Pauline Mae Altamirano Got Arrested After Assaulting Traffic Enforcer
The female model Pauline Mae Altamirano elicits comments online after assaulting a traffic enforcer who apprehended her.
The Manila Police District (MPD) said that the lady model alias Maria Hola has been flagged by traffic enforcers over a traffic violation. Altamirano reportedly beat the red light along Osmeña Highway in Malate, Manila.
The traffic violator continued driving and neglected the enforcer instead of getting out of her white Toyota Fortuner. The road officers were able to stop the vehicle along Osmeña Highway and Estrada Street.
The enforcers asked the model to show her OR/CR and driver’s license but allegedly attacked the road personnel. Pauline also failed to present her driver’s license although she had the vehicle’s OR/CR.
In the video, it can be seen that Altamirano slapped and punched the enforcer for a couple of times during the apprehension. The enforcer suffered injuries on the left side of its face.
The female suspect would face charges for violating Section 19 of Republic Act No. 4136 or the Land Transportation and Traffic Code for driving without a license. She would also face charges over violation of Articles 148 (direct assault) and 151 (resistance and disobedience to a person in authority).
