Several minors have been reportedly caught having their private moment inside of SDC facility in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental.
The Facebook page “Premier News Ventures” reported that some minors have been caught having their intimate moment inside of a government-owned building. The post garnered various reactions online.
The page reported that the young couple were having their private moment inside the Social Development Center (SDC) facility of the Bacolod City government. The facility should be the one helping them, according to the news.
The social media page considered the act as shocking and disturbing. It also questioned the authorities assigned at the facility who should act as the guardians of the young teenagers involved on the lascivious act.
