Jasmine Curtis shared this story about her condo unit
Actress Jasmine Curtis revealed that her condominium unit was illegally occupied by people she does not even know and here’s the story of what happened.
For some celebrities in the Philippines, having a condo unit within a metropolitan is a big ease. This will allow to avoid longer traveling hours as most of their projects are just in Metro Manila.
Although some have houses and properties in nearby provinces, some celebrities are also investing properties in the big city. This was one of the plans of Jasmine and she was able to purchase a condo unit that she calls her “city sanctuary”.
In the recent Instagram post of the younger sister of Anne Curtis, she shared a photo of her condo unit and videos taken while people were cleaning her property.
Jasmine Curtis shared that she moved in before the quarantine and that she is thankful for the cleaning service that cleaned and disinfected her place.
However, before moving in, the actress said that she had a terrible experience when she saw the place. She bought the unit almost 6 or 7 years ago. She was not able to use it for a year and a half.
When she decided to stay in her condo unit, she found out that it was already “lived in”. “All the plastic sealing of my sinks, faucets etc were torn and with empty bottles, sachets and whatnot left behind! They even stole the range and cabinet handles that came with the unit. They changed security and managements a year or two after that incident, so I decided to keep it and not sell anymore,” Jasmine revealed.
The actress admitted that she is not that knowledgeable when it comes to handling properties. One of the reasons that she decided to keep the condo unit was to have a place when her family from abroad would visit her in the future.
