Due to the continuous rise in the number of positive COVID-19 incidents, an enhanced community quarantine has been introduced for Metro Manila and other parts of the world. The quarantine is in place to keep the coronavirus from spreading further.

Several health precautions have been adopted by the government with the advice of health experts to avoid the rapid spread of the virus in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Physical distancing or keeping a meter gap between people is one of the health protocols.
A police officer can be seen holding a measurement instrument in a post shared by the One Western Visayas Facebook page. This is to ensure that people adhere to the 1-meter physical distancing rule.
And people who live in the same house should strictly adhere to the distancing guidelines. The photos went viral almost instantly, with thousands of shares on Facebook.
Meanwhile, video footage where a violator was caught escaping the policemen who apprehended him due to health and safety violations. A concerned netizen caught a protocol violator on camera after he jumps off a police mobile to escape police imposing minimum health protocols.
