Indian National Collecting Debts in Cebu Shot to Death by Unknown Suspect
INDIAN NATIONAL – the foreigner dies after being shot to death by unknown suspect while he was collecting debts from customers in Cebu.
An unidentified suspect shot and killed an Indian national while he was collecting his loans in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu. Targatram Singh, 32, of Genesis Subdivision, Sitio Suba Masulog, Barangay Basak Lapu-Lapu, was the survivor.

The crime occurred about 9:00 a.m. in Sitio Dubai Sudtunggan, Barangay Basak, Marigondon, according to Police Master Sergeant Richard Alforque of the Marigondon Police Station. The victim was allegedly walking around the area collecting loans, according to the report.
The suspect appeared out of nowhere and shot the victim in different parts of the body without warning. Following the robbery, the perpetrator sped away on a motorcycle in an unknown direction.
The victim was rushed to the hospital, but the doctor pronounced him dead. His wallet was discovered next to the victim with no money and other things missing during the police investigation. The true motive for the crime is currently being investigated, as is the identity of the suspect for immediate arrest.
