Cop Plants Drugs On Man They Arrested, Gets Furious After Knowing He Was Filmed
COP PLANTS DRUGS ON MAN – A group of police officers pinned down a man on a sidewalk. However, when they didn’t find anything on him, one of the cops decided to plant crack near the “crime scene”.
But, little did he know that there were already civilians filming the entirety of the incident. Furthermore, he was caught red-handed planting drugs on the ground that he took from his pockets.
In the video, you could hear the man they pinned down screaming “there ain’t no crack in that bag!”. Afterward, one of the cops gently put a small sack of crack on the ground next to the man.
The suspect they pinned down immediately pointed that out and the civilians quickly made the officers aware that they were recording the entire time. “She got you on camera!”, said the suspect.
This was when the cop sprinted furiously toward the people filming. “Your phone is evidence!” screamed the cop. Meanwhile, fearing for their safety, the civilians went back to their home.
As a response, the police stated:
“It has been alleged by third parties that evidence on the scene was planted by one of our deputies. Our on-scene deputies have been interviewed in this matter and gave reasonable explanations to the actions depicted in the video“
The sheriff’s office says the bag in question was collected as evidence but tested negative for narcotics. Authorities also claim that the suspect bit a deputy during the investigation. The deputy was reportedly treated at a hospital and has since been released.
Instead of arresting the man for narcotics, they had him jailed for “resisting arrest” and assaulting an officer instead.
