Heartbreaking Photos of 2 Exhausted Nursing Attendants Who Were Taking Quick Rest Earns Praises Online
Two nursing attendants have been caught on camera taking a quick rest amid their exhausting job at the hospital.
A Facebook user named Kaydee Magsino-Santiago has shared the heartbreaking photo of two nursing attendants were taking a quick rest at the hospital. The post garnered various reactions online.
Kaydee said that the health personnel are taking a few minute rest around 1:00 am amidst their exhausting job inside the hospital. After a few minutes of rest, the two returned to work while drenching in sweat in their PPEs.
Santiago revealed that she saw the two nurses working hard throughout their shift from cleaning and disinfecting of rooms and even transporting patients. The two hospital crews are also busy attending other patients.
The concerned lady expressed her praises and admiration for the two medical personnel because of their dedication at work. The nursing attendants also interact well with the family of COVID-19 patients.

Santiago is considering these medical employees as “unsung heroes” for fulfilling their duties to serve our fellow Filipinos. She named the two as Sir Ronnie and Sir Jazzel.

“Caught our Nursing attendants at 1 AM taking a quick rest and I am not even sure if it really was a rest. Took them only minutes, got back to work with no sleep, drenched in sweat under their PPEs.
I have seen them work the entire day, from cleaning and disinfecting of rooms to transporting patients from one floor to the other. From changing diapers to changing oxygen tanks of countless patients. From “Doctora, i patient makanini mababa ne O2 sat” (Doctora, si patient ganito mababa na O2 sat) to “Doctora, mitas ne O2 sat i Patient” (Doctora, tumaas na O2 sat ni Patient).
From janitorial, to nursing aid to medical work (helping us monitor patients), I have seen how committed our Nursing attendants are. But you know what is best about them, they are filling in what every COVID-19 patient needs, a family member. I have seen them interact and treat each patient as their own. I have seen how patients appreciate each one of them. This time I am sure kasi mismong Patients nagsasabi sa akin na sobra nila naappreciate sila Sir.
They are our unsung heroes. They are the unseen essential workers. They are my heroes. I can’t imagine working in the Pandemic without them. They work with a low wage yet give the best of their efforts. Huhu. The best kayo, Sir! Wala ako narinig o nakitang reklamo sa inyo. Saludo ako sa inyo Sir Ronnie and Sir Jazzel and all the other workforce behind this battlefield. A thank you will not be enough but know that behind every patient sent home, a huge part was because of you”
