The video footage of a harsh road clearing personnel using force to confiscate the poor vendor’s cart goes viral online.
A few years ago, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno has implemented the road clearing and widening operations. The program aims to clear the road from any obstructions, which may cause inconvenience to both vehicles and passersby.
However, the authorities and law enforcers should implement the policy with love, respect and consideration towards others.
The Facebook page “Pinoy Viral News” has shared the video footage of a heartless road clearing personnel confiscating the cart of a poor vendor along the road. The video is now circulating online after it was posted on social media.
In the video, it can be seen that the clearing officer and a helpless vendor having a commotion during the operation. The officer is using force to confiscate the cart resulting the products to scatter on the ground.

The vendor even tried to pick up some of her belongings but the law enforcer still wants to confiscate it. The bystanders in the area also expressed their sympathy towards the poor vendor.
