PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update For Tuesday (April 13)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the easterlies would bring cloudy conditions and rains over some parts of the country.

On Tuesday (April 13, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather updates in the country. The easterlies would affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the easterlies would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union and Pangasinan.

The localized thunderstorms would also bring the same weather condition over the entire Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro. Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country would have the same weather condition.

The weather agency is also monitoring a Tropical Depression, which has been last located at 1,640 kilometers east of Mindanao. The weather disturbance has maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 55 kph moving 10 kph at a west northwest direction.

The weather bureau also warned the residents in the affected areas to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon would moderate to rough while Visayas and Mindanao would have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.
