Here’s what the son of Derek Ramsay said about Ellen Adarna
Actor Derek Ramsay revealed the thoughts of his son Austin on his fiancee actress Ellen Adarna before he did the proposal that became the talk of the town this past few days.
Derek proposed to Ellen in an event which the latter thought was for her birthday. Before the actual proposal happened, the actress revealed that her boyfriend has asked her to marry him three times already.
This happened within just a span of two months. The actor shared in a previous interview that he thinks Ellen is the one and so the proposal came like proof of that statement.
When Ellen was asked why she thinks it is Derek and not her ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz, she said that communication plays a major role in her current relationship. She also feels that Derek came into her life during the time that she is already fixed.
In a recent interview with social media personality G3 San Diego, the couple talked about their upcoming that will be happening this year. Before the proposal, Derek Ramsay shared that he talked to her son Austin. He previously showed a candid video of him and his son talking and there was a point that he went emotional. The actor revealed that his son finally called him “dad”.
Derek wanted to get his son’s blessing before he made the major decision. “I spoke to my son before anything, before I proposed to Ellen. I needed to get his blessing. Austin was one of the first people I spoke to,” the actor shared, based on the article in GMA.
He also shared how Austin sees Ellen Adarna. “My son told me he thinks it would be really cool if he had a younger brother. He really adores Ellen. He thinks she’s cool. He said, ‘I want you to be happy’,” he added.
Derek Ramsay also shared that having his fiancee in his life made his world go upside down and above of it all, Austin called him “dad” after the proposal. “My son told me the other day, he promised to call me dad when he sees me getting engaged,” he shared.
