The Xiaomi Black Shark 3s was announced on July 31, 2020 and released on August 4, 2020. The 5G-ready smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 5G Octa-core processor while the GPU is Adreno 650.
Black Shark 3s runs on the Android 10 operating system. It is integrated with 12GB of RAM while the internal storage has 128GB and 256GB options. The phone supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
The gaming phone comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio. The device measures 168.7 x 77.3 x 10.4 mm and weighs 222 grams. The materials used in building the phone include a glass front, an aluminum back, and an aluminum frame.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3s sports a triple-camera setup at the back comprising of a 64-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) + 5-megapixel (depth) sensor. On the front, there’s a 20-megapixel (wide) camera for shooting selfies.
The phone’s sensors include fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It also features GPS with A-GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BDS, QZSS, Bluetooth 5.0, and USB Type-C 2.0.
The smartphone is powered by a 4729 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 65W. It is available in two colors: Crystal Blue and Sky Cloud Black.
