Vicki Belo talked about the turning point of her relationship with Hayden Kho
Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo shared how her faith and with prayers saved her relationship with Hayden Kho after past controversies.
It is known in showbiz circle that the relationship of Vicki and Hayden was quite controversial but it is colorful too. In an interview with GMA, the couple shared how they surpassed those dark times with their prayers and faith.
Vicki admitted that what she had with Hayden was dramatic and it has so many ups and downs. “Honestly, give up na kaming dalawa na hindi mangyayari ‘to sa amin kasi talagang ang dami ng history. But parang pinu-push kami lagi ni Lord to be together even if it didn’t seem perfect to most people,” the popular beauty doctor said.
After they patched things up and ironed out the conflict, Vicki Belo shared that she was quite apprehensive still, especially on the topic of settling down again.
“I was very, very scared to get married kasi feeling ko, ‘Naku, ngayon hindi na ko makaalis, baka lalong mag-enjoy pa siya [Hayden],” she shared referring to her husband’s magnetic force towards women.
At this point, the female doctor just prayed and lift everything to the Almighty and things went well between him and Hayden. They got married in 2017 and now has their adorable daughter Scarlet Snow Belo.
Vicki also shared that after they tied the knot Hayden played very well the role of a husband and a father. “So my advice to people is to trust in the Lord, raise your problems up to the Lord. Of course, it doesn’t mean that you don’t have to try. You do your best like everything depends on you, but you pray and trust like everything depends on God,” she said.
She added that at first it did not work because she was just trying to fix the problem by herself without seeking help from the force that is much stronger than she is.
Vicki Belo said that they saw a silver lining amid the pandemic. This health crisis has made them realize the things they have to prioritize and just getting busy with work and other things.
