According to authorities, Biart was a hiding member of the mafia. However, due to his YouTube channel where he show-off his cooking skills, he was tracked down by the authorities.

In his videos, he never showed his face, but the tattoos in his bodies were exposed which gives hint to investigating officers. They said he was identified and found only because of his tattoos, which were seen in a cooking video he shared on YouTube.

Based on the article of the Guardian, Biart had been on the run since 2014, when Italian prosecutors ordered his arrest for trafficking in cocaine in the Netherlands on behalf of the Cacciola clan of the ’Ndrangheta mafia.

Meanwhile, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) nabbed the “high-profile fugitive” Japanese national in Batangas who is allegedly one of the most wanted in Tokyo. The suspect was arrested in Anilao Proper, Mabini, Batangas by the BI’s fugitive search unit (FSU) in coordination with the Batangas Provincial Police Office (BPPO).
