Rosanna Roces talked about her new-found friend Sharon Cuneta

Actress Rosanna Roces revealed that she and Megastar Sharon Cuneta shared a common trait as they recently had a chance to work together.

Rosanna is getting her “second wind” in show business following her long break. One of the recent projects that she had was the movie Revirginized with the Megastar and Marco Gumabao.

During the lock-in taping, which is the new normal now in the entertainment industry, apparently, Sharon and Rosanna had the chance to bond with each other and a friendship bloomed between them.

In an article in Inquirer, the former titillating film actress shared that this project is a dream come true for her.

“Naiiyak ako kasi Megastar ’yan. Who would have thought that someone like Sharon would be friends with me? I’m so happy because I’m now able to work with people that I only used to dream about. So it’s really a dream come true for me,” she shared.

During their first meeting, Rosanna took photos with Sharon and later on posted on her Instagram account. That skyrocketed the number of her followers. With this, she is thankful that the Sharonians accepted her.

“I’m happy because the Sharonians accept me. They know Sharon well; they know she doesn’t just go hugging anyone,” she said.

In line with this, Rosanna Roces that this is the common trait that she and Sharon Cuneta have, they are both not “plastik”.

“Napakaraming plastik sa show biz. That’s true. But Sharon always says, ‘Life is short, magpa-plastikan pa ba tayo?’” she added. Rosanna also revealed that Sharon does not look down to anyone despite her status in the industry.
