PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day March 22, 2021 (Monday).
The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Tail-end of Frontal System will be affecting Northern Luzon while the easterlies will affect the rest of the country on this day.
For the forecast weather conditions, according to the bureau’s official website, the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Islands.
The Tail-end of Frontal System will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorm over Rest of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora province.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Based on the report, for the wind speed and coastal water forecast, Northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
