Four Indonesian Nationals Rescued In Waters Off Tawi-Tawi

FOUR INDONESIAN NATIONALS – Four Indonesian nationals were rescued in waters odd Pasigan Island, South Ubian, Tawi-Tawi.

According to Inquirer, chief of the Western Mindanao Command Lt. Gen. Corleto Vinluan Jr. said that three out of four captives were identified.

They are Riswanto Bin Hayono, Arizal Kastamiran, and Arsyad Bin Dahalan. The identity of the fourth is yet to be disclosed.

The Indonesian nationals were employees of a Malaysian fishing firm and were abducted on Jan. 17, 2020 in the waters off Tambisan, Malaysia, based on the report,

In another rescue report, a young lady in Davao del Norte who was allegedly being abducted by two unknown suspects while jogging was rescued by authorities.

Two hooded suspects aimed a gun at the victim while she was jogging in Purok 2, Barangay Esperanza and rode a motorcycle toward Tagum City.

The victim was found in Barangay Bincungan in Tagum City and is currently at the Women’s and Children’s Desk for the relevant investigation, counseling, and medical examination.

A hot pursuit is ongoing to apprehend the two unidentified suspects behind the kidnapping.
