The smartphone runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) + Funtouch 9 operating system. It is integrated with 4GB of RAM while the internal storage has 64GB and 128GB options. It supports dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by).
Vivo Y3s comes with a screen size of 6.35 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1544 pixels. The dimension of the device is 159.4 x 76.8 x 8.9 mm and weighs 190.5 grams.
The rear side of the Vivo Y3s features a dual-camera that consists of 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel (depth). It sports an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.
