Gossip Lady Stabbed to Death by Sister-in-Law for Spreading Rumors in Davao City
GOSSIP LADY – A woman in Davao City was stabbed to death by her sister-in-law for allegedly spreading affair rumors in their area.
A woman was arrested after her sister-in-law stabbed her because of a rumor in Davao City. The victim was identified as Delia Lintobad Mamayas while the suspect was identified as Irene Pepe Oral.

Both an adult and a resident of Sitio Kinawayan, Brgy Baganihan, Marilog District of the said city. According to the Marilog-PNP report, the crime took place around 9:00 am in the area.
According to the initial investigation by the police, the victim was walking when the suspect suddenly rushed to her and confronted her about the rumor she was spreading that she allegedly was having an affair with another man.
The confrontation ended in a heated argument until the victim allegedly tried to hit the suspect with a stone. The suspect immediately took a knife and stabbed the victim in various parts of the body, resulting in her death.
In the suspect’s defense, she only defended herself because her sister-in-law accused him of spreading rumors that he had an affair. The homicide case against the suspect is being prepared.
