Poor delivery rider loses P13, 000 after he has been victimized by a heartless scammer who ordered a lot of foods and drinks.

A Facebook user named Ronzy Alipato has shared the heartbreaking photos of a poor delivery rider who lost P13, 000 due to a fake booking. The post is now circulating online and elicits comments from the netizens.

Alipato narrated that a customer who pretended to be a doctor ordered foods worth P6, 000, which is to be delivered at the hospital. The customer add soft drinks and asked the rider to send load to its fellow doctors worth a thousand load each.

The delivery employee replied that he had no enough money for the load but the customer urged the rider to find a way to grant their request and explained that they are on their way to a convenience store to give payment.

The heartless scammer even told the rider to wait for a white Innova vehicle, which will give the payment. After receiving the load, the customer did not respond and rejected the calls.

Ronzy also advised the riders to be more careful when accepting orders from customers especially if it involved huge amount of cash.

This is for everyone’s awareness especially to all riders.

Just happened today when one customer who pretended to be a doctor and ordered foods (via phone call) worth 6k to be delivered in a hospital clinic. When the rider picked up the order & about to deliver here comes the scam story…

-Nagtawag si customer kay rider hambal madala change para sa 2k each nga ibayad sng 5 doctors which is 800 pesos change each so total of 4,000 change (strategy para may extra money si rider para mbakal sang ipasugo nya) Sang on the way na si rider sa hospital nagtawag liwat ang customer nga mahapit sa isa ka store nga alagyan man lng lapit sa hospital to buy 1.5L softdrinks. And then after nagpalihog sya palodan ang no.ka mga 5 doctors “kuno”…worth thousand load each naghambal na ang rider nga indi na kalab.ot iya kwarta but the customer insist to talk sa cashier sng loader kag naghambal nga i.loadan lang kay may pakadto na para magdala sng bayad nga naka INNOVA white car daw. I think nadala gid sila sa maayo nga hambalanon sng scammer kay naga pretend nga professional doctor. After nalodan, wala na gasabat tawgan si customer.

To cut the story short na scam gid si rider worth 13k, not including the foods nga gin order ni customer sa amon. Need pa gawadon si rider sng iya manager sa load store kay wala pa nabaydan ang load. So traumatize for him

13k IS NOT A JOKE to a simple rider. They have family to feed and have a very risky job too.

Super luoy gid kay rider ginhatag na lang namon iban na foods sa iya kag ginbakal ang softdrinks nga ginpabakal ni scammer cya.

TO ALL RIDERS always be alert sa mga pasugo ni customer not all the time tanan nga request nila patihon ta especially large amount of money involves.
