PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day March 5, 2021 (Friday).

The 4 AM daily forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan continues to affect Northern Luzon.

The bureau’s official website says that amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon; and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to severe thunderstorms.

Based on the website, for the wind and coastal water condition, the eastern section of the country will face moderate to strong winds that are facing in the northeast to east direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are facing in the northeast to east direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

The following cities will face the following temperature range:

  • Baguio City – 24 degrees Celsius to 16 degrees Celsius
  • Cagayan De Oro City – 31 degrees Celsius to 23 degrees Celsius
  • Iloilo City – 31 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius
  • Bacolod City – 31 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius
  • Kalayaan Group Of Islands – 32 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius
  • Laoag City – 31 degrees Celsius to 24 degrees Celsius
  • Legazpi City – 31 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius
  • Lipa City – 32 degrees Celsius to 24 degrees Celsius
  • Metro Cebu – 32 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius
