PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day March 4, 2021 (Thursday).

The 4 AM daily forecast from the state weather bureau says that the Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will be affecting Luzon.

Amihan will bring cloudy skies with rains over Bicol Region. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

It will also bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon; and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to severe thunderstorms.

Based on the website, for the wind and coastal water condition, Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast to east direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
