Residents Found Thousands of Fish Washed Up in Misamis Oriental
The residents of Barangay Bakuna in Tagolan, Misamis Oriental found thousands of fish washed up in the shore.
A Facebook user named Daniel Lee has shared the photos of thousands of fish washed up in the coastal area of Misamis Oriental. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the photos, it can be seen that the residents were picking up the thousands of fish washed up in the area. Most of them brought their own sacks and huge containers to collect as much as they want.
The fishes have been reportedly washed up in the area due to the effects of Tropical Storm Auring on Sunday (February 21, 2021).
However, some netizens have expressed their concern regarding the incident. Some of them are thinking that the unusual incident might be an indication of an impending disaster or calamity.
