Undressed Hotel Guests Air Disappointment After Discovering Sauna Glass is See-Through
Undressed hotel guests got surprised and expressed their disappointment to discover that the sauna glass is actually see-through.
A newlywed couple in South Korea undergone a counselling after discovering that the windows of a spa inside the five-star resort hotel were see-through. They have discovered it on the last day of their stay.
The husband posted his complaint against Grand Josun Jeju Hotel of Jeju Island in Korean Peninsula. He claimed that his wife used the sauna without a towel to cover her body thinking that the walls were mirrored.
During their last day, the couple discovered that the interior was visible from the outside and not protected by one-way glass. The man criticized the hotel management over the incident. The hotel is charging £520 per night.
“My wife and I are currently undergoing psychotherapy as we were so shocked after realising that we had taken a shower and used toilets that were visible from the outside,” the guy said.

Eventually, Josun Hotels & Resorts issued a public apology regarding the incident: “We deeply apologise for causing inconvenience to customers due to the omission of glass barrier coatings … in some areas of the women’s sauna”.
