Crying – This is what Ruffa Gutierrez accordingly ends up always after talking with former husband Turkish businessman Yilmaz Bektas. They have two daughters – Lorin and Venice – and they have been through a lot of things which is why she’s affected about him.
It’s accordingly over between her and French Israeli Jordan Mouyal after six years of being together. Reconnecting with her ex-husband, they would talk about their past and their children and the pain she’s been hiding for years would always come back to her.
She wanted them to take it step by step by starting co-parenting their children. It has been 13 years they her daughters didn’t saw their father. She shared, “That’s why yung last na pinadala niya, he sent a poem about 13 years na missing us.”
Yilmaz as her greatest love? She said that there are various kinds of love and her greatest love is her ex-husband and she is to him. They are each other’s great love but the past and the pain are something that Ruffa kept in her that once opened up, it would also open up wounds. The fear is still in her.
However, she optimistic about her years ahead being spent with someone she’s meant to grow old with. And even if he is her greatest love, it doesn’t mean he’s the one for her.
She said, “I don’t think I’ll live another 50 years. Pero sana, the next 30 years, meron akong kasama hanggang dulo.”
