Public Cant Report Filthy Quarantine Facilities, Hotels to Palace for Punishments
The Malacañang Palace encourages the public to report the filthy and uncomfortable quarantine facilities and hotels for punishments.
Palace urged the public including Person Under Investigation (PUIs) and Person Under Monitoring (PUMs) to report the dirty quarantine facility or hotel provided by the local government for their quarantine period.
According to Presidential spokesman Harry Roque said they have the right to choose a more comfortable quarantine facility. Roque said they can send their concerns if experiencing some bad accommodations.
The announcement was triggered by viral posts on social media about the dirty and unhealthy condition of the quarantine facilities. Several PUIs, PUMs, and returning overseas Filipinos (ROFs) are complaining about facilities’ poor treatment.
