PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Updates for Saturday (February 13)
The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the northeast monsoon or Amihan would bring cloudy conditions and rains over some parts of the Philippines.
On Saturday (February 13, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. PAGASA said that the northeast monsoon would continue to affect the country’s weather condition.
PAGASA said that the Amihan would bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light rains over Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and CALABARZON.

The northeast monsoon would also bring the same weather conditions over Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon as well as Mindanao The localized thunderstorms would also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Mindanao and the remaining parts of the country.
The weather agency also warned the public to take precautionary measures for possible flashfloods and landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over northern Luzon would be moderate to rough. The surrounding sea conditions over the rest of the country would be slight to moderate, according to the weather bureau.
