This is what Kris Aquino and Kim Chiu said about their viral meme
Actress-host Kris Aquino and Chinita Princess Kim Chiu reacted to the viral “because meme” featuring an interview that they did back in 2014.
Just recently, the said interview on Kris TV resurfaced online. However, resurfacing of the said interview had happened also last year.
Netizens have been sharing the specific portion of the interview where Kris was asking the reason why Kim said a certain statement. “So, na touch ka because?” the host asked the younger actress to get the reason.
With this, netizens created a meme with their own words that ending with “because” and question mark.
As this went viral online, Kris Aquino gave her reaction through her recent Instagram post. “BECAUSE…alangan naman kayo lang ang nag enjoy?” the actress-host wrote in the photo taken from the interview that became a meme.
She also told her social media followers to ask her anything and the “cutest question” would receive as reply from her. Indeed, Kris replied to the random questions from netizens.
Meanwhile, Kim Chiu shared her reaction to this through her Twitter post. The Chinita Princess retweeted a tweet from Kapamilya Online World. “LOOK: Viral meme 7 years ago #KrisTV Interview “NA TOUCH KA BECAUSE?” the caption of the post stated.
When Kim reweeted this, her caption sounded so amused with the loud buzz that her past interview has created again. “dyosko kayo talaga! Nahanap nyo to because???” she said. Several of her fans on Twitter also laughed because of this while some used the meme to ask questions to her.
