Jodi Sta Maria Visits Filming Locations Of Iconic TV Series ‘Tabing Ilog’
JODI STA MARIA – Actress Jodi Sta. Maria visited the iconic filming locations of the popular teen drama ‘Tabing Ilog.’
‘Tabing Ilog’ is a teen drama tv series that was aired on ABS-CBN. It was starred by Jodi Sta. Maria, Kaye Abad, John Lloyd Cruz, Paolo Contis, Desiree del Valle, Paula Peralejo, Baron Geisler, and Patrick Garcia.
The program was aired from March 14, 1999, until October 19, 2003. It gained a lot of fans especially from the youth and because of that, the show re-aired on Studio 23 from 2007 and 2010. It is also available for streaming on iWant.
Jodi Sta. Maria took a trip down memory lane when she recently revisited some of the filming locations of “Tabing Ilog.” In her latest vlog, she explained that Laguna is one province that’s close to her heart because she spent most of her time for 4 years shooting the tv drama. She also shared that it was her first major project on ABS-CBN.
“So ngayon, papunta ako sa isang probinsya na malapit na malapit sa puso ko. Because I remember, when I was starting back in 1997-1998, ‘yung pinakaunang show na ginawa ko with ABS-CBN ay dito naming shinoot for four years,” Jodi said.

Jodi Sta. Maria visited their favorite hangout spot under a tree beside a river, her gang’s old houses. She also shared a throwback shot of John Lloyd Cruz as Rovic.
