Man Under Drugs Watchlist Shot To Death In Tondo, Manila
TONDO – A man, who is under the drugs watchlist, was recently shot to death in the district of Tondo in Manila on Monday evening.
According to a report from GMA News’ Balitambayan, a CCTV footage showed that the victim was walking on the street when he was shot by a riding in tandem at the corner between Pacheco and Madrid streets.
Despite the victim lie down on the ground, he was shot by another riding in tandem.
The victim was identified as Rolando delos Reyes, aged 46 years. The police said that Delos Reyes is an illegal drug user and is among the included in the drugs watchlist on Barangay 67.
The police is currently investigating further to determine if the victim is involved in the selling of illegal drugs and if it is involved in his death, based on the report.

Earlier, a high-value target drug personality was slain in a buy-bust operation in Catbalogan City.

The suspect was killed after he chose to fight and attack the police in Barangay 2, Salug in the city.
It was conducted with the cooperation of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 8, the Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit of Samar Police Provincial Office, and the City Drug Enforcement Team.
Recovered from the suspect were three sachets of illegal drugs with a value of P25,000, and 18 other plastic sachets of illegal drugs with a street value of P300,000.
