Here’s what Aiko Melendez said about her current friendship status with Candy Pangilinan
Actresses Aiko Melendez and Candy Pangilinan have been friends for several years now, however, the former admitted that they are having a conflict now.
Aiko and Candy have been close friends along with their fellow actresses Carmina Villarroel and Gelli de Belen. In Aiko’s vlog, she even had the edition called Power of Four featuring the three of her closest friends in showbiz.
However, that segment of her vlog only had two editions and then it was gone. In a recent vlog of Ogie Diaz, he asked his “kumare” in a Truth or Lie game if she is having a conflict with one of the Power of Four members for almost a year now.
Aiko Melendez did not hesitate to confirm that, based on the article from NewsKo. “Isa roon, ‘di ba? Oo!” the actress who also has her own YouTube channel revealed.
“Just to clear the air. Ayokong i-pinpoint ‘yung dahilan ‘coz I want to keep it private at para matapos na rin ‘yung kaka-request nila ng collab naming apat, in my future vlogs, they’ll see more of me with Carmina and Gelli muna,” Aiko added.
With this, Ogie asked her so “wala si Candy?” Aiko answered that as a respect to Candy she will not elaborate on the details of their conflict.
Then, the comedian-talent manager followed up, “bakit kailangang may respeto tapos natitira lang?” Aiko Melendez said that it is because she and Candy Pangilinan have been friends for a long time now and that she loves her.
“Iniisip ko pa rin na at the end of the day na naging magkaibigan kami and mayroon naman din siyang magandang nagawa sa buhay ko. Kaya ayaw ko siyang siraan, ayaw ko siyang i-bad mouth, basta ang pinaka-safe na masasabi ko hindi kami okay ngayon,” she stressed.
Without elaborating, Aiko added that she was really hurt because of what Candy did to her and with this and she is still healing right now.
