Illegal Drugs Worth P3.4 Million Seized In Sting In Parañaque City
PARAÑAQUE CITY – About 500 grams of illegal drugs, which is worth at about P3.4 million, was seized in a sting operation in Parañaque City.
The buy-bust was conducted by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) at a parking lot of a mall on Sucat Road in Barangay San Dionisio, according to a report from Inquirer.
As mentioned above, the seized substance as an estimated street value of P3.4 million, the PDEA officials added.
At the same time, the operatives arrested a certain Datun Menalang Saysay, who sold drugs to a poseur-buyer prior to the arrest. The 1,000-peso bill used by the said undercover operatives as marked money was recovered.
Based on the report, the suspect will face charges for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Previously, Dagupan City authorities nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Pantal, Dagupan City.

Retrieved from the suspect, who is a resident of was a kilo of plant drugs. The suspect also yielded two pieces of rolled dried plant drugs. The contraband was estimated to be worth P120,000.
