Christine Dacera Case: 3 Released “Suspects” Break Silence

Three of the 11 tagged suspects who were nabbed regarding the death of Christine Dacera break their silence.

What has shocked the people online over the new year is the lifeless body of flight attendant Christine Dacera discovered in a hotel in Makati City. She celebrated the new year with 11 men which ultimately gave people the idea that she must have gone through abuses before killed considering the laceration and contusion her body had.

However, according to the initial result of the autopsy done on her cadaver, the cause of her death indicated a ruptured aortic aneurysm, and the said laceration was accordingly deep healed already. The authorities released and tagged the 11 men she was with before she was found dead.

Several clips of CCTV recording from the hotel have been released and it told a different story. Three of the 11 men were arrested namely John dela Serna, Rommel Galido, and John Paul Halili. Due to lack of evidence, they were released on Wednesday night, January 6.

Galido was accordingly a close friend of the late air stewardess and was the one who brought her to the hospital. He expressed his love for her and condoled with the family over their loss. And this is his only wish, “Pero sana po maliwanagan ang pamilya ni Christine.”

Halili, on the other hand, was emotional due to the stress that it brought to him and his family. He just wanted to help the authorities in their investigation and never thought that he would be detained.

And just like other tagged suspects, Dela Cerna also maintains his innocence. He wishes peace of mind for the family of Dacera. As per the case, the medical report Makati City Prosecutor’s Office requires DNA analysis, toxicology/chemical analysis, and histopath examination of the involved persons for the investigation of the case.
