Man Arrested After Stealing From Own Friend In Santa Ana, Manila
SANTA ANA – A 20-year old man was recently arrested after he stole from his friend in the district of Santa Ana, Manila on Monday, cops said.
The Manila Police District said that they were having a meal at a carinderia in the corner between Mabuhay at Tejeron Street before the suspect stole his friend’s bicycle and cellphone.
The victim asked the authorities to apprehend the suspect who stole his belongings.
The suspect was eventually found and arrested at a convenience store in Makati. However, the cellphone and bicycle he stole were no longer retrieved.
The police added that only the victim’s earphones is what’s left of recovered.
The suspects will face charges for theft. He is currently under the custody of the authorities, according to the report.
