Father Touch Netizens’ Heart After He Gives His Son a Makeshift Toy Car for Christmas
A loving father touches netizens’ heart and earned praise online after he gives a makeshift toy car to his son serve as a Christmas present.
Every people in the world says the value of a gift received at Christmas is not measured by its true price, but by the intention and love associated with it. Whether simple or self-created to save, the important thing is to remember and give sincerely.
This was the experience of a happy kid during Christmas who received a toy from his father. A father named “Jhay Jacinto,” a cabinet maker, instead of buying his son a new toy car as a Christmas gift, simply made it out from things he sees in their house.

The materials he used were plastic powder vases, round wood from his cabinets, glue sticks, and a glue gun. With the power of his creativity, he created a simple yet useful toy for his son.
“Regalo ko sa anak ko ngayong Pasko… nakakita ako ng pulbo na walang laman, may mga bilog akong kahoy.. mga pinagtabasan (cabinet maker po kasi ako kaya marami akong scrap na bilog na plywood) sabay tingin sa glue gun.. ayos may laman… hayun nagawa habang umiinom mag-isa,” he wrote in the caption of his post in “We are 90s (Kami ang Batang 90s) Facebook page.
Based on the pictures he shared, it seems that his son really enjoys playing it. In his other post he said: “Yan lang regalo ni daddy sa yo… old school na laruan…napahalagahan pa rin niya… masayang tatay (smile emoji) #kagagawalang”
Meanwhile, his Facebook post went viral on social media as it touches many hearts and inspires netizens. It also garnered various reactions and comments from netizens.
