Police Authorities Arrest Cebu Vlogger Over “Pambubugaw” to Male Teenager
A Cebu vlogger has been arrested by the police authorities during an entrapment operation over alleged “pambubugaw” to a male teenager.
Nowadays, the child abuse cases in the Philippines continue to increase despite the stricter rules and regulations. Some people are even using minors to earn money for their own sake although it is illegal.
The government advised the parents to monitor and check their children’s activity regularly to avoid such incidents.
A Cebu based vlogger has been arrested after recruiting a 17-year-old boy to make malicious images and videos. The influencer has been nabbed during an entrapment operation of the authorities.
One of the police operatives pretended as a client who would buy the video and book an “extra service” from the young male victim. The teenager is currently under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development.

The police authorities have recovered the marked money, ID, passport and cellphone from the suspect. The suspect refused to give a statement regarding the incident. The vlogger is now facing charges for violation of Expanded Trafficking in Person Act.
