Elderly Ice Candy Vendor Seeks Help & Looks for Safe Place to Stay
An elderly ice candy vendor is currently seeking help from the kind-hearted individuals and looking for a safe place to stay.
A Facebook user named Debbie Wan Blancas has shared the heartbreaking story of an elderly ice candy vendor who is looking a safe place to stay. The story earned the sympathy of the online community.
The 73-year-old man identified as Simion Tejano is residing at Barangay Calamba in Cebu City. The vendor is regularly visiting Blancas’ laundry shop and eventually asked her to help him look for a safe and cheap place.

Tatay Simion said that he no longer feels safe on his place. He is wishing to rent a decent room and if possible he wants it to be near Quiot Pardo area. The vendor has many customers at Debbie’s shop.
“He needs a place to stay. He wishes to rent a decent room that is good for 1 preferably near Quiot Pardo area where his ice drop supplier is located,” Blancas said.

The kind laundry shop owner also gives the old man a free laundry service and now helping the vendor to find a new place.
