PAGASA – Amihan To Bring Cloudy Skies, Light Rains Over Parts Of PH This December 11, 2020
PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day December 11, 2020 (Friday).

The early morning forecast from the state weather bureau says that the low pressure area or LPA was last spotted at about 250 kilometers west of Subic, Zambales. The northeast monsoon or amihan, on the other hand, will affect parts of northern Luzon.
According to GMA News, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Cagayan Valley will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Based on the report, for the wind speed forecast, the northern and western sections of northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving northeastward while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will face light to moderate that are moving eastward while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
