Victim of Summary Execution Body Found Along EDSA Makati
The lifeless body of a man who was suspected victim of summary execution or salvage was found in EDSA, Makati, Thursday night.
The body alleged victim of summary execution or salvage was found on the side of EDSA in Barangay Magallanes, Makati. The victim was found wearing a blue plastic bag in his head and wearing only denim shorts.
According to the report of Anjo Bagaoisan, an electrical cord was also wrapped around his neck. Like the former victims of salvage, there was a piece of paper next to the corpse that read “Snatser, magnanakaw, mandurukut ako, wag tularan.”
According to Police Staff Sgt. John Patrick Balugod of the homicide section of the Makati Police, the concerned citizens first informed the Pasay police of the body that was thought to be lying on the sidewalk at EDSA northbound opposite the corner of Evangelista.

But when they were handed over to the Makati police and arrived at the crime scene, no witnesses were seen. The man is estimated to be aged 30-40.
On Dec. 4, a week ago, 2 bodies of alleged summary executions were also found in different parts of the Osmeña Highway in Makati as well. The 2 men, who were also unidentified, were tied up with cable wire during the first investigation.
