Actress Sunshine Cruz revealed the opinion of her daughters about the possibility that she will get married again.
It is known in show business that Sunshine was previously married to actor Cesar Montano. Their relationship lasted for more than a decade until the actress decided to separate from the actor.
Their three daughters are with Sunshine until now. The actress is now in a relationship with businessman Macky Mathay and they have been together for four years now.
Since 2018, engagement rumors have been circulating. However, the actress said that she is not ready yet to get married to her longtime boyfriend. This is despite the fact that she said that Macky is the “best father figure” to her children.
Apparently, her three daughters also felt the same way and has a close relationship with the businessman.
Based on the article from Pilipino Star Ngayon, Sunshine Cruz revealed that her daughters asked her why she is not getting married yet with Macky Mathay.
“In fact, minsan nga nagugulat ako, dahil minsan tinanong nila ako kung kailan ko balak mag-asawang muli, at noong tanungin ko kung bakit, ang sagot lang nila you deserve to be happy,” the actress shared.
However, the actress said that she is still prioritizing the education of her children because she wants them to settle first on this matter. “Habang hindi pa sila ayos, ayoko munang magkaroon ng kahati ang atensiyon ko sa mga anak ko. Hindi naman ako kailangang magmadali eh,” she added.
Sunshine Cruz also said that Macky Mathay also has things to prioritize also and that he is not in a hurry when it comes to settling down for good.
