After winning the Asian Academy Creative Awards Best Actor trophy, Arjo Atayde shared his thoughts through his recent Instagram post.
Arjo is the son of award-winning actress Sylvia Sanchez. A few years ago, he decided to enter the entertainment industry also and he has been given various acting projects that showed his caliber.
Just like his mother, Arjo is also making his name in showbiz as one of the notable actors in his generation. His recent Best Actor award for his movie Bagman is proof of how his talent can bring him to places.
Following this recognition, Arjo Atayde’s girlfriend Eat Bulaga host Maine Mendoza expressed how proud she is. She even called herself the biggest fan of her boyfriend.
The actor shared this post on Instagram after he was hailed as Best Actor for this year’s Asian Academy Creative Awards. He shared that even before he formally entered into the entertainment industry, he already has an aim to represent the Philippines in whatever way possible.
“Nine years into my work in this industry, I was finally given the chance. Even without the decision, I am extremely grateful for the appreciation and recognition of what I do,” he said.
Arjo also said that he wants to act to give inspiration and he is thankful that he was given this opportunity to do. Several celebrities congratulated the actor for his achievement.
One comment from a fan received a reply from Arjo. The fan expressed that even before, the talent of Arjo Atayde was already eminent. Arjo showed appreciation for the kind words from his fan.
