Vivo released its 5G capable flagship, iQOO 3 on March 4, 2020. The display size of the smartphone is 6.44” and the screen type is Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. Vivo iQOO 3 5G has 409 PPI (pixels per inch) density along with 180Hz touch-sensing and HDR+.

The dimension of Vivo iQOO 3 5G is 158.5 x 74.9 x 9.2mm and weighs 214.5 grams. It is powered by Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 Octa-core processor.

iQOO 3 5G is packed with 6GB, 8GB, 12GB RAM and 128GB + 256GB internal storage options. However, the phone has no memory card slot to expand the memory further.

The iQOO 3 5G is fueled with a 4400 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 55W. The smartphone runs on Android 10.0 + iQOO UI 1.0 OS.

On the rear side of iQOO 3 5G, it features a quad-camera that consists of 48-megapixel (wide) + 13-megapixel (telephoto) + 13-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (depth). On the front, Vivo placed a single camera of 16-megapixel (wide).

The device comes in various color options such as Quantum Silver, Tornado Black, and Volcano Orange. Its sensors include a compass, proximity, accelerometer, gyro, and fingerprint (under display, optical). It also features NFC, headphone Jack.
